All coaching sessions are conducted over the video platform, Zoom, ensuring secure meetings, user privacy protection, and convenient sessions from the comfort of your chosen location. Once you book your session, a zoom link that will allow you to join your session at the scheduled time will be emailed to you. You are not required to have a zoom account.
To use Zoom effectively, you will need either a cell phone, tablet or computer with internet access, a webcam, microphone, and speakers.
If you are unfamiliar with Zoom, we recommend watching the instructional video of how to join a zoom meeting prior to your first scheduled session.
