Our life coach at Dawn of Changes has a Master of Arts in Human Services, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology: Family Studies, and is a Professional Board-Certified Coach (BCC) through the Center for Credentialing and Education and is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation.

How long does the personal coaching process take?
The short answer to this question is that it varies. Clients usually need multiple sessions to make substantial progress, but many factors influence how much time the coaching process might take. Some of our clients have seen significant shifts in clarity and confidence in as little as four weekly sessions. For larger goals, however, twelve to twenty-four sessions (three to six months of weekly sessions) are a good baseline.

Internally, you may notice that you are gaining insights about yourself and the situations you are in, which we often call “aha moments.” Externally, you should notice small accomplishments that add up and grow into larger achievements.
